Review: Cove Lounge
Cove is a bar and lounge in Central Harlem featuring Caribbean-inspired Southern fare and cocktails. With menu offerings like, Crispy Crab Fried Dumplings and Red Velvet Waffles, it’s no wonder why this spot has become a go-to for many since they opened their doors 6 years ago. Like many of the establishments on Lenox Ave, Cove’s menu adds to the richness of the uptown culinary options and has become a staple for those looking for good vibes, good food, and good drinks on the weekend. Located steps away from the 125th Street subway stop, it’s a great place for a late-night link up with the girls.
I’ve been a long time patron of Cove but recently, I had the pleasure of attending a menu preview to sample their Summer 2019 menu, which featured jerk wings, chicken and waffles, and their new vegan burger, featuring the much sought-after Impossible Burger.
